Our goal is to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible. Orders received before 11am CST will ship out the same day, orders received after 11am will ship out the next day. Please know items usually arrive in a timely manner, due to COVID-19 and general shipping delays, it can sometimes take longer.

Returns
We definitely want you to be happy with your LUCKCBD purchase. All claims of damaged product must be made within 72 hours of receiving your product. To file a claim for damaged product, please email us at Info@luckcbd.com.
We offer a 30-day return from the day your product is received should you find you are unhappy with your purchase. We offer a full refund, minus shipping costs, so long as it is within the first 30 days. Please know the customer is responsible for any return shipping. Items must be received at The Luck Company before refunds will be made.
